Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing & delivery timeline

  • Order processing: Orders placed on our website are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next working day.

  • Transit time: Standard delivery within India generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address, local holidays, and courier availability.

  • Remote areas & delays: Some pin codes, especially in rural or remote areas, may take longer or may only be serviceable for delivery but not for returns. We are not liable for delays caused by acts of God, weather, civil unrest or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges

  • Pre‑paid orders: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999, Below ₹999 a ₹99 shipping charges are added.

  • Cash‑on‑delivery (COD) orders: COD orders incur a flat collection charge of ₹99 (subject to revision).

Cash‑on‑delivery (COD) serviceability

  • Eligibility: COD is available only for orders within India and is limited to a maximum to 2 items. Orders above 2 items must be prepaid. We reserve the right to refuse COD to addresses or customers with a history of failed or refused deliveries

  • Verification: To prevent fraudulent orders, COD orders may be verified via phone call or OTP confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the order within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled.

  • Non‑serviceable areas: Some pin codes are not eligible for COD due to courier restrictions. Customers in non‑serviceable areas must choose a prepaid payment method. Where reverse‑pickup is unavailable, customers may need to self‑ship returns.

Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email and SMS/WhatsApp.
    Please monitor the tracking information and contact our support team if you notice any delivery issues.

Delivery conditions

  • Failed delivery attempts: Couriers will usually make two delivery attempts. If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, unavailability or refusal to accept the parcel, the shipment may be returned to us.For failed delivery, shipping fee are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or incorrect orders: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and an unboxing video. We reserve the right to refuse claims without adequate evidence.

COD Policy

  • COD charges: A non‑refundable convenience charge of ₹99 applies to every COD order.
  • Order value limits: COD is available for maximum of 2 items.
  • Returns & refunds for COD: If you return a COD order, refunds are provided as store credits valid for 1 year months. Store credits cannot be exchanged for cash. Customers should apply the credits on future purchases before expiry.
