RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for shopping with The Rogue Club (“we,” “our,” “us”).
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we’ve outlined our return and refund process below. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
 - Items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
In original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage 
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact us at orders@therogueclub.com with your order number and reason for return.
 - Our team will verify eligibility and provide return instructions.
 - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
 - Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
 
3. Refunds
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
 - Refunds will be made to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
 - For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit.
 - Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
 
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
 - We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a full refund if replacement is unavailable.
 
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet:
First check your bank or payment account.
Contact your card issuer or bank, as processing times may vary.
