RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Go to Our Website

Visit www.therogueclub.in and scroll down to the footer or navigate to the “Returns & Exchange” page.

2. Enter Order Details

  • Click on the "Start Return" or "Request Exchange" button (based on your issue).
  • Enter your Order ID and Registered Email or Phone Number.
  • Click Submit.

3. Choose Item(s) to Return/Exchange

  • Select the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
  • Choose the reason from the dropdown (size issue, defect, etc.).
  • For exchanges, select the desired new size or product.

4. Upload Supporting Photos or Video

  • Upload photos/videos of the product showing:
  • (Video required while handing over the parcel to the courier agent)

5. Choose Pickup Option

  • If reverse pickup is available, it will be scheduled in 2–3 working days.
  • If not, instructions for self-shipping will be provided.

6. Confirm & Submit

  • Review your return/exchange request and click Submit.
  • You will receive confirmation via email and SMS.

FAQs

1. We offer a 7-day return window on selected products.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

    Instructions:
  • Do not remove tags from the product.
  • Create a video while handing over the parcel to the delivery partner.
  • Ensure the parcel is sealed by the agent in the video.
  • Only one return request per order is allowed.

    2. Return Modes:
  • If reverse pickup is available at your pincode, we will arrange it.

return pickup fee of ₹100 will be deducted.

  • If reverse pickup is not available, customer must self-ship the item.

handling fee of ₹149 applies.

Video Guidelines:

  1. Show the product in original condition (tags intact).
  2. Record while handing it to the delivery agent.
  3. Ensure all products (if multiple) are clearly visible.
  4. Retain video in case of dispute.

Refunds for Prepaid Orders:

  • Once the returned product passes QC, refund is initiated within 72 hours.
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

    Refunds for COD Orders:
  • After QC approval, we’ll request your:
  1. Bank Name
  2. Account Number
  3. IFSC Code or UPI ID
  • Refunds will be processed via NEFT/IMPS/UPI within 2–5 days.

    Important Notes:
  • Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.
  • If product fails the quality check, refund/exchange will be denied.
  • Refunds are not applicable if product tags are removed.
  • Exchange requests accepted within 7 days.
  • Reverse pickup is scheduled within 2–3 days.
  • Reverse pickup charge:
  1. ₹200 (for 1–3 shirts)
  2. More than 3: Based on courier weight slab
  • Exchanges are only allowed for:
  1. Different sizes of the same item (if in stock)
  2. Or alternative products of equal/higher value (if original is out of stock)
